• Your content does not infringe any privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
• Your content is accurate, honest, and does not harm Fluctur's reputation.
• Your content is free from malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• You will not use scraping tools or automated scripts to collect information.
• You will not post unauthorized advertising, spam, or solicitations.
• You will not post any content that could damage or degrade our brand.

Prohibited Content and Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on Fluctur:

• Adult Content: Uploading or distributing explicit sexual content, including nudity or pornography.
• Hate Speech: Content that incites or promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics.
• Harassment: Targeting individuals to intimidate, bully, or threaten.
• Extremist or Terrorist Content: Promoting, praising, or funding extremist or terrorist groups.
• Illegal Goods and Services: Advertising or selling weapons, controlled substances, counterfeit items, personal data, or any illegal goods.
• Child Harm: Any content exploiting or harming minors.
• Self-Harm: Content promoting suicide, self-injury, or disordered eating.
• Shocking or Violent Content: Gore, mutilation, or excessive violence.
• Spam or Fraud: Deceptive practices or scams to mislead users.
• Electoral Fraud: Misleading content about voting processes or elections.
• Misinformation: Sharing false or manipulated content intended to harm or deceive.
• Privacy Violations: Sharing personal identifying information or impersonating others.

Enforcement

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent account termination.
