By accessing or using Fluctur (“the Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines to govern your use of Fluctur.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree that any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

Account eligibility requires you to be at least 13 years old or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Fluctur is designed to help content creators manage and optimize their content operations. You may use the Service for:

• Creating, scheduling, and managing content across platforms
• Analyzing content performance and engagement metrics
• Collaborating with team members on content projects
• Automating routine content management tasks
• Storing and organizing your content assets

You agree not to use Fluctur for any of the following:

• Creating or distributing harmful, illegal, or malicious content
• Violating intellectual property rights of others
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Using the Service to spam or harass other users
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract our source code
• Reselling or redistributing our services without permission

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Fluctur. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our platform infringes your rights, please contact us through our designated reporting channels.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Fluctur, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

Some features of Fluctur require payment. All fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If you have an active subscription, price changes will apply at your next billing cycle with 30 days advance notice.

We strive to maintain high uptime and reliability, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

Either party may terminate your access to Fluctur at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines. In case of termination for violation, we may delete your data immediately.

Fluctur is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluctur shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fluctur from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
